Convicted Sex Offender, sorry, repeat Convicted Sex Offender, Matthew Hark, who now goes by the smartly spelled Madilyn Rebecca Hark is moving to Brampton.
Peel Region Police report that although Hark has been convicted thee times for sexually assaulting young girls under 8, she will be released after three short years imprisonment under a reduced supervision program.
Under different laws this person would have been delivered the common mercy of the state. Instead Harks receieved sex reassignment surgery at the cost of the state.
