Santa Claus in Russia, Bringing love and joy to all, A symbol of the holiday season, A jolly, generous, and loving soul."
"Fyodor Pavlovitch Karamazov was a man we all knew well, A landowner in our district, but we knew him as a buffoon. He had three sons, Dmitri, Ivan, and Alexey, And a complicated history, full of twists and turns, you see.
His first wife, Adelaïda Ivanovna, was from a noble family, But she married Fyodor Pavlovitch, despite his lack of chivalry. It was an elopement, a scandal at the time, But love was not the reason, just a desire for independence, I'd say.
Fyodor Pavlovitch's second wife was also a noblewoman, But she was very different, intelligent and beautiful, no doubt. She had a son, Ivan, who was her pride and joy, And Fyodor Pavlovitch was happy to have another boy.
But the third son, Alexey, was the one we all knew best, He was kind and gentle, and put his faith in the Lord. He went to the monastery, to seek spiritual peace, Leaving behind the chaos of his family's feast.
So on this Christmas day, let us remember Alexey, And the love and kindness he brought to those around. May Santa Claus bring joy to all in Russia, As we celebrate the holiday with love
